Have an Original Idea to Improve ID Care? IDea Incubator is for You!

A new and exciting event has been added to the program for IDWeek 2018 sponsored by the IDSA Telehealth and Emerging Technology Work Group. IDea Incubator will take place during the grand opening of IDExpo on Thursday, October 4th at 5 pm.  The event will feature three to five innovators pitching their innovation to an expert panel of judges composed of venture capitalists, and technology and medical experts.  The presentations will be live in front of an audience. A cash prize will be awarded to the winner who is selected by the judges and audience members through the IDWeek app.

Any individual or team with an original product such as a rapid diagnostic test, point of care service, software, or mobile app that is designed to improve ID care through entrepreneurship, policy, systems redesign, education, collaboration, technology, or more is invited to apply. Apply for IDea Incubator!
