Ask Presidential Candidates to Prioritize ID & HIV
As 2020 presidential campaigns gather speed, IDSA, HIVMA, and PIDS are asking all candidates to commit to policies that will address serious infectious diseases threats and accelerate progress in responding to infectious diseases in the U.S. and globally. To that end, IDSA, HIVMA and PIDS leaders have delineated critical challenges, responses and priorities that we call on all candidates to recognize.
Please consider adding your name by June 7 to this nonpartisan petition urging candidates to support policies that address and prevent infectious diseases and promote patient safety, public health, research, national security and economic stability. The petition will be sent to all presidential candidates regardless of political party.
