The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, IDSA and the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists hosted a discussion between public health leaders and scientists driving the U.S. government’s response to avian flu.
The event highlighted current science and epidemiology, provided an overview of the current outbreak in dairy cows, outlined potential actions for averting or managing further spread or crossover, and identified scientific areas requiring additional investigation and guidance.
